انواع دستگاه لاستیک درآر
انواع دستگاههای لاستیک درآر سبک و سنگین جزو ضروری ترین تجهیزات مورد نیاز آپاراتی و پنچرگیری برای جدا کردن لاستیک از رینگ خودروهای سواری میباشد. اکثر لاستیک درآرها تکفاز است که اصطلاحا لاستیک درار تک فاز نام دارند. برای راه اندازی دستگاه لاستیک درآر ستون عمودی دستگاه که متصل به اهرم بالا و پایین آمدن است را بر روی دستگاه متصل می کنیم. سپس اهرم بالا و پایین آورنده را تنظیم میکنیم.
آموزش کار با لاستیک درارها
دستگاه لاستیک درار را به برق وصل میکنیم، شلنگ ورودی باد از کمپرسور هوا را به ورودی واحد مراقبت دستگاه متصل کنید. فشار باد را بین 6 تا 8 بار تنظیم می کنیم و از عدم نشتی باد اطمینان حاصل می کنیم. پس از باز کردن والف لاستیک باد چرخ را خالی می کنیم سپس رینگ و لاستیک را از قسمت بیرونی بر روی جک لق کن قرار میدهیم به شکلی که تیغه جک مابین محل اتصال لاستیک به رینگ باشد.
با فشار پدال لق کن بمرور لاستیک از رینگ جدا میشود. در زاویه روبرو یا 180 درجه هم این عملیات تکرار شود اینکار را از هر دو طرف داخلی رینگ و در دو جهت انجام می دهیم. اکنون باید رینگ و لاستیک لق شده را بر روی سینی دستگاه قرار دهیم و کلمبهای لاستیک درار که مجهز به ناخنیهای ضد خش میباشند را فشار میدهیم. روی قسمت داخلی رینگ تنظیم میکنیم تا رینگ به صورت محکم به سینی متصل شود.
انواع دستگاه لاستیک درآر
اکنون ناخنی دستگاه لاستیک درآر را به قسمت محل اتصال رینگ و لاستیک متصل می کنیم. تایلور میبایست دقیقا بین رینگ و لاستیک قرار گیرد. دور رینگ و لاستیک را کف و صابونی میکنیم و به کمک پدال گرداننده اهرم تایلیور. کنار ناخنی لاستیک درار عملیات آزاد سازی لبه بیرونی لاستیک از رینگ را با چرخش 360درجه کامل انجام داده. و سپس از طریق قرار دادن اهرم تایلیور کنار اهرم عمودی یا همان ناخنی تایلیور این عمیات برای قسمت. داخلی لاستیک از رینگ انجام داده تا لاستیک به طور کامل از رینگ جدا شود.
برای جا انداختن لاستیک توسط دستگاه لاستیک درآور نو و یا ترمیم شده ابتدا دور رینگ و لاستیک را آغشته به مواد روان کننده میکنیم. با قرار دادن لاستیک نو اهرم ناخنی را توسط اهرم بالا و پیچ فلکه ای کنار ستون تنظیم. و با قرار دادن قسمت ناخنی روی لبه داخلی رینگ و با استفاده از تایلیور در کنار آن. و طریق فشردن پدال چرخش عملیات جا انداختن لبه داخلی لاستیک روی رینگ را انجام داده. همین عملیات چرخش کامل را بر روی لبه بیرونی لاستیک به رینگ هم انجام می دهیم.
با فشردن لاستیک به صورت دستی که باد ندارد و نرم میباشد از قرار گرفتن کامل لاستیک در رینگ مطمئن می شویم. از طریق اهرم یا پدال باد زن لاستیک را باد میزنیم و در نهایت والف را میبندیم. از طریق درجه باد دستگاه میزان استاندارد باد را تنظیم کرده و با فشردن پدال کلمب ها یا فک ها جمع شده و رینگ و لاستیک جدید آماده استفاده است.
نکات ایمنی دستگاه لاستیک درآر
۱- برای جلوگیری از آسیب زدن نوسانات برق منطقه ای به دستگاه شما در صورت امکان از ترانس صنعتی در کنار کنتور برق استفاده کنید.
۲- دقت داشته باشید که فشار باد ورودی باید مطابق استاندارد توصیه شده کارخانه سازنده باشد و از افزایش یا کاهش فشار باد خود داری شود.
۳- اتصالات باد را هر چند وقت یکبار چک کنید.
۴- واحد مراقبت دستگاه و روغن داخل محفظه کوچک را هر چند وقت یکبار چک کنید.
